Music probably the next right hand man to go when your feeling sad, hyped, tired, etc. Listening to music has always helped through the tough times and good times from genre to genre it has always lifted me to do my best in anything. It also has cultures, music isn't only for you to bop your head when the beat comes on, many countries have dance rituals for their gods or a family member has pass so they dance for his lost and I guess try and uplift there spirits.
When the day isn't going to good this is one of my go to songs. Music can change a persons mood really quick it could be bad day but when your favorite songs comes on that alone cheers you up thinking about the good times when hearing that one specific song just makes you forget what even upseted you in the first place. I remember when it'd be gameday and just listening to music it make the feeling ten times better having those nervous feeling gone and having an ambition to beat the other team. Music has improved, with new genres being made every year its great seeing new music and I'm sure there's some type of music you enjoy listening too. So find out what like listening to, sit down grab a pair headphones and just let the music disfuse all the tensions.
Music can set the tone for my whole day. When there's good music on, my mood instantly gets better.
